These Terms govern your use of PetReminder. By downloading, installing, or using PetReminder, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

License and Use

PetReminder is provided under the license terms included with each release. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on your Mac in accordance with the license terms.

Local Features and Data

PetReminder is an offline-first application. Reminders, settings, and purchased pet data are stored locally on your device.

In-App Purchases

Premium pets are available via in-app purchase (IAP) through the Mac App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple. PetReminder does not handle payment information. Purchase restoration is supported for reinstalls and multi-device use.

User Responsibilities

• Use PetReminder lawfully and in compliance with applicable rules.
• Do not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the app in violation of the license.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of the pet designs and assets.

Privacy

Please review the Privacy Policy for information about data practices and privacy.

No Warranty

PetReminder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the maintainers disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maintainers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of the application.

Termination

The rights granted to you terminate automatically if you fail to comply with these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
